About Kuwait Bikers
Kuwait Bikers was established in 1997 as the first independent motorcycle owners club in the State of Kuwait. The club paused for a few years and reopened in 2015, and since then it has ridden, organised and represented Kuwait at events at home and abroad.
Our story
- 1997: the club is founded as the first independent motorcycle owners club in Kuwait. With no local events yet, it becomes known for taking part in international events.
- 2015: the club reopens after a break of a few years.
- 2016: the first public appearance with other biker groups, then the first event organised by the club: a group ride with Kuwait’s biker clubs to the comedy play Sekkat Safar. The Ministry of Information invites the club to Sailor Day to celebrate National and Liberation Days.
- 2017: one of the first biker events in Kuwait filmed by drone, from Kuwait Towers to 360 Mall.
- 2018: midweek gatherings and Friday rides become club traditions.
- 2019: Captain Ali Almoosawi represents Kuwait Bikers, the only team from Kuwait, at the Mega Team Festival in Hurghada, Egypt.
- 2020: the club organises the first Bikers Carnival at the Heritage Village and leads the first Martyr Parade on motorcycles in Kuwait.
Our founder
Captain Ali Almoosawi founded Kuwait Bikers and leads it as president. He has represented the club at festivals abroad and honoured the participants of the Bikers Carnival.
What we do
- Group rides: early morning rides, Friday rides and longer rides to the south of Kuwait, always led by a road captain.
- National and community events: parades, school visits, ministry and community invitations, and store openings.
- Social gatherings: midweek dinners and friendly challenges between members.
- Festivals: the Bikers Carnival, and representing Kuwait at events abroad.
